1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Infolabs Ceylon services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Use of Service
Our services are intended for business use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed via PayHere. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
